Another weekend and another BCS ranking with no major suprise at the top. The top 3 teams in the nation, Texas, Alabama and Penn State, all took care of business on Saturday. The saying goes that the more things change, the more they really stay the same. This past weekend in college football that old addage was the truth. Suprises were tough to come by.
