Morning Link Dump - Missy, UFC 94, Snack Food, Bill Walton

missyObligatory Sports Babe

Today we're going with the Spoiler's WAG of the day, Missy Peregrym, who happens to be-- or happened to be, I don't really care-- involved with Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, and is apparently on some TV show or something. Hey, and she's Canadian! Good for us, eh?

UFC 94 is Almost Upon Us

I must admit, like a lot of people, I find it hard not to like BJ Penn. But, given that he's going up against GSP on Saturday, just this once I'm going to have to hope that he gets his face caved in a little bit. Either way, though, it should be an awesome fight. Gunaxin breaks down the entire card, which also includes Thiago Alves against Lyoto Machida, Nate Diaz against Clay Guida, and an appearance from Stephan Bonnar's acting face.

The Big... Leed?

Probably not funny if you don't regularly read the Big Lead, but With Leather points us to a hilarious mock Twitter feed called TheBigLeed.

Super Bowl Logos Through the Ages

Well, you know, through like the last 43 years, or however long Super Bowls have been played. Anyway, the New York Times has an interesting look at the logos from a design standpoint.

The Greatest Snack Food Stadium Ever Built

I'm not sure how many snack food stadiums have ever been built, but I honestly do feel comfortable in agreeing that the one shown here at Holy Taco-- with full recipe-- is indeed the greatest piece of snack food construction anyone has ever laid eyes upon.

The Milwaukee Bucks Have Some Strange Contests

Like the one where they're searching for people who look and sound like Bill Walton. The personal message from Bill is a classy touch, FYI.

Something About Jelena Dokic

I wanted to read this article in the Toronto Star about Australian tennis player Jelena Dokic and her relationship with her overbearing father, but then I noticed it was written by Rosie Dimanno, so instead of reading it, I figured I'd probably have a more enjoyable time just shooting myself in the face. Ugh.

The Unluckiest Footballer In the World?

The Spoiler (again) points us to a gem. This time it's the video below of a striker who has four golden chances on goal, and somehow manages to walk away empty-handed.
