I’m not going to lie to you, it’s not easy to find a picture of Paris Hilton that doesn’t remind you that she’s a complete idiot (also what the hell is with her hand in this picture?). But today I’ll make an exception, because according to a bizarre Goal.com story, Paris “has revealed that she is behind Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo being cursed by Pepe the witch, whose spell has apparently caused the Portuguese sensation much woe since it was cast.”

Seems that the £400 million Real spent this summer hasn’t been quite enough, as yesterday they were thrashed 4-0, according to this EuroSport report, by minnows Alcorcon, in the Copa del Rey. Their budget? About 400 times smaller than Madrid’s.

Yes yes yes yes. The Yankees need to win game two of the World Series, after soiling the bed last night in game one, and that task falls to the hilariously flaky AJ Burnett, who… oh my god oh my god oh my god… is probably going to be overwhelmed and completely blow it. There’s no way he won’t be able to keep the pressure of the situation out of his head. I think it’s going to be amazing. And, I’ve got to say, as much as I’ve ragged on Cliff Lee since he won the Cy Young over Roy Halladay last year, tonight there’s no denying… he was masterful.

Steve Carrell As Rick Reilly
I’m not really sure what to think of this: Steve Carrell has signed on to play the lead role in the adaptation of Rick Reilly’s golf book “MIssing Links”, according to Sports Rubbish. I mean, Reilly is kind of terrible, but Carrell is kind of nails, so… I guess the deciding factor is that Carrell, despite being hilarious, gets himself into some pretty godawful projects, meaning, this will probably suck large.
